We lower the costs of renewable heat with smart integration.

Decarbonized heating systems (DHS) are capital intensive so that oversizing is no longer a viable option for de-risking a heating system.

Lowering the costs of investments for DHS requires a digital technology replicating the interactions between the design, the building, and the operation phases of a project. Such a technology is required to explore the possibilities, the risks, and to find the cost-optimum associated with different scenarios. 

At Gemelio, we are developing such a technology.

Designing borehole geothermal systems  considering the building characteristics and its use, the depletion of the sub-surface over time, and the smart regulation that will operate the  system.

Cost optimisation of the energy system to decarbonize your building combining local energy sources at your disposal : geothermal, aerothermal, solar, and wind energy. In particular, the regulation can be tested to ensure the right complementarity of all the sub-systems.
